I have a torn adductor muscle/muscles in my hip after falling off a horse today. Lifting my leg more than inche is very hard. So walking is a mare, I do know what i should be doing but right now I just feel very sorry for myself. :(

Does anybody have magic beans to get over a grade 2/3 tear in a week :D

Buy a foam roller, use it as well as bands, take bulletproof coffee, while doing sprints on the C2 rower to tabata timings wearing an altitude mask. I feels for you bro, that's an injury that's taking you out of the game for 8 weeks minimum!

I had an absolute nightmare with a groin injury I picked up in September. Rushed back playing soccer on numerous occasions and kept making it worse. Go to a physio and do whatever he/she says. Odds are that you're looking at a 4-6 week layoff.

Groin tears are f*cking awful... get physio when you can, sports massage on the groin is something I wouldnt wish on my enemies.
