Used to pass a well known spot in the Dublin mountains sometimes that looked busy. Never appealed to me though.

It's just a fancy term for exhibitionism. It's a surprisingly common kink, but one which a lot of people into it are understandably reluctant to practise as any more than a fantasy.

I sort of envy the confidence those people have. I'd want to be in much better shape before I'd let anyone watch me do anything in the nude. After cutting season, perhaps.

I think any secluded areas/ beaches are used for both purposes. Myself and the OH had a little place when we first got together which we stupidly thought was all ours (had just started seeing each other and had nowhere else to go ). I told a friend and she told me that this was a known dogging area, thankfully we were never caught out.
