Our landini had a loose earth going into the main fuseboard in the dash last yr, tractor was very temperament starting. Took ages to find the fault as there is about 30 earth wires all in a bundle going into the fuseboard.

Anyways ok enough about your landinis problems gg, anyone able to help me, mine is idling very rough, revs up and down all the time. It isn't cutting out but just will not run right. Regularly serviced and all that, definitely a clean diesel filter, it did this last year while we had the earth problems, we also put in 2l of engine oil to the diesel, which supposedly helps lub the fuel pump. It stopped doing it for a while but back to it now. Anyone any ideas?

sounds like the pump, if taking it off may as well whip out the injectors as well

what hours are on it ?

we have a 9880 coming on 12k hours, engine never touched,

is it electric or manual lift pump???

electric lift pumps can be prone to problems AFAIK

should make buzzing noise (sometimes will still make this noise but lower)

failing that unless you have blockage from tank...im afraid it sounds like an injector pump:)

Lads anyone know anything about electric lift on a powermondial? Nothing working except the light marked " ! " is flashing. Can let arms up and down from buttons on mudguards
