It must be separate ones so for each €50 spend, you get €10 off.

Both these LIDL/ALDI €10 off €50 vouchers can be used for anything in the electrical/homeware sections in the big Tescos, so fairly handy!

    I'm getting confused now:confused:

    Can someone confirm:

    What Papers:
    Which Day's publication:
    Shop running the offer:

I want to hoover up the max benefit:)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,100 ✭✭✭johndaman66

Do the money off vouchers have an expiry date?

I assume Tesco the robbing gangsters that they are will honour them?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,207 ✭✭✭Murt10

I wonder do the papers pay the retailer or does the retailer pay the newspaper for these adds. I bought 3 Sunday Indos last week purely for the vouchers.

That's the first time that I have bought that rag since the last time they had the same offer

    I think:

    saturday - irish independent - Aldi 2x 10e off

    sunday - sunday independent/sunday world - Lidl - 2x 10e off

I split my shopping in aldi into 2 lots and used 2 vouchers.
Got 4 bog bags for 80 and then went to Tesco and got a few bits costing 60. Now I know why I don't shop there :)

Loving these vouchers! Stocking up on some nice wine for an upcoming event. Got 6 bottles of wine that were on sale in Tesco reduced from 16-18 euro to between 8 and 9 euro. They gave us the 5% discount for buying 6 bottles which brought the total down to 48 and then they took todays 10 off 50 aldi coupon even though it was slightly under 50 so we got 6 nice bottles of wine for 38 :) Delighted - half thought they mightnt let us use it on alcohol!

For carrying turf, presumably. You could buy a decent wheelbarrow for that price.

Yes, I'm also wondering what are bog bags. At €20 each they must be something special.

Their 'half price wine sale' is nonsense. You actually end up paying full price, they are fake sales.

What are the terms and conditions attached to the Lidl voucher. Valid dates, exclusion etc.

    The two Lidl ones are:
    Sun 6th - Sat 12th €10 off €50 purchase
    Sun 13th - Sat 19th €10 off €50 purchase

Good deal even though the paper is €2.90 and is full of junk :)

If you think about it both German bargain shops are all stocked with fancy things at the moment for Easter and they know people will use these vouchers to justify buying outside their staple shop. They don't want you holding on to these for when they're running big sales on staples.

The smart way to use these would be to stock up on low profit margin items which the shops rarely drop the price on like own brand rice and tinned goods. All the fancy stuff will go on bargain sales after Easter. Also they cycle around wine and beer offers a lot so while it might be tempting to use these to get 10 euro free booze it may not be the smartest if you buy 50 euro worth of beer if they suddenly have that beer at more than 20% off next week (not uncommon there). Of course if you're going to drink 50 euro worth of beer in a week it might make sense. :p

    Great voucher, thanks again OP.

Got yesterday's voucher in the independant and sunday world today.

You couldn't move in Aldi today, it was so packed full of people.

Picked up the Sindo especially for the Lidl vouchers.

got the paper and used one in tesco today,
expensive paper at 2.90 but 10 e off great

Surprised that Lidl or Aldi aren't trying to sell paper log briquette makers at the moment. At least then we'd have some use for those "news" papers we're stuck with!

What feckin BS - just rang customer service to check & no , nutgrove won't accept them - the reason she gave was that it's because they price-match !!! raging,as I wanted to get some homewares stuff there...do Tesco Dundrum take them?

I thought Tesco put it in their face book page that all stores now take the non Tesco vouchers.

My mother used one in Tesco Crumlin on Thursday.
