Sticking this up for a friend. The rifle is stored in Stakelums in Thurles for viewing.


It's a Sako 85 in 22-250. The rifle is approx. 18 months old and has fired between 48 - 53 rounds. He is selling due to lack of use and is letting everything go as a package. He might consider splitting but only if there is interest in the scope and rifle as separate sales and not simply to sell one before the other. If split it will be the scope on it's own and then the rifle, bipod, rings and mod together.

The rifle has the best of gear and no expense spared. The package is as follows:

Rifle:

• Sako model 85.
• Composite stock with soft rubber grip.

• .22 centrefire specific
• 1/2" UNF threading to suit rifle

Bipod:

• Harris
• 6-9"
• Swivel
• Locking handle

Accessories/Additional items:

• Cheek riser/Bullet pouch
• Padded rifle sling with sharkskin backing
• 60 rounds of 50 gr Hornady v-Max. (Not pictured)
• Rifle case with armored sides and carry pockets. (Not pictured)

The cost of everything (rifle, scope, suppressor, rings, mounts, bipod, sling, case, ammo) was €3,900. The price for everything as a package only is €2,395. Obviously if the package is split individual prices will be given, but for the moment it is package only.


This is a ready to shoot rifle perfect for deer and foxing/vermin alike. I can give people contact details, but please remember that i am only advertising for a friend so the final decision is not mine on any aspect.

As above it's an Ase Utra, Jet-Z Compact. It is caliber specific for .22 cnetrefire. Meaning it'll accommodate only .22 centrefire/rimfire calibers (up to an absolute maximum of 6mm). This includes:

• .220 Swift
• 22-250

The threading is 1/2" unf. Price is €250, but open to reasonable offers. Will only be sold to a person with S on their license.
