    I believe you Harry.

    Sort of....

Especially compared to the smugness of Fantasy Football League.

Well if David Baddiel's wish was to be less famous, he has certainly succeeded judging by the reaction of the Saturday Night Show audience..

The FAI should hire him to write us a song for the Euros, similar to this...

David Baddiel ... not the funniest guy in the World but I thought he was great with Frank Skinner. And Rob Newman.

Skinner may have been the stronger of the two.

If he keeps going he will be living under the floorboards like the little people in "The Borrowers"

This lad is only ok.....Brendan is doing most of the laughing here......:(

It's so he can fit into Tubs' suits - cost cuts at RTE and all :pac:

This is one of the most cringeworthy interviews I've witnessed.

Where did he get the Australian style upwards inflection at the end of a sentence?

It's like he has pre prepared a set of one liners and anecdotes that he was gonna shoehorn in no matter what the presenter asked him... and STILL he's falling flat with his jokes..

i doubt if that performance will do his ticket sales any good.

  • Registered Users Posts: 72,274 ✭✭✭✭Welsh Megaman

Was that chat moribund, I don't think so!

  • Registered Users Posts: 19,351 ✭✭✭✭Harry Angstrom

Somebody needs to tell Brendan that he's done enough dieting.

Thats a very good question? I don't really know? :D

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,719 ✭✭✭sudzs

I doubt the tickets will be flying out after that interview!

  • Registered Users Posts: 21,444 ✭✭✭✭Skid X

I thought he was decent enough.

Irish chat show audiences don't get comedians unless it's funny Friday style gags.

  • Registered Users Posts: 19,749 ✭✭✭✭grey_so_what

    Terrible editing as usual RTE......

    RIP Gerry.
