Best of luck, at least you're thinking about it anyway. Maybe there's no single thing, but trying out lots of things till something appropriate to you comes along is probably the way forward.

Also maybe chance asking other colleagues how they pace their lessons, this might give you some tips specific to your students. Not that I'm an expert either!!!
