    To complete the set I'll use my sh!tty squat from The idfpa nationals which was 220kg @97.3 or whatever it was 135.41 or something within 1 Wilks point.

    Whatever weight I was the last time on the deadlift.

    Did 290 this week but no vid so 220 will have to do.

    If anyone would like some free form corrections or advice. Contact me, of I can't correct it or don't know I'll put you in touch with someone who does

    Pulled 185kg (@78kg) last week. Some posters here witnessed it, but no videos. Just posting here for close out the year for myself.
