Recommend a solicitor for speedy house purchase?

Anyone recommend a good solicitor in Dublin who will help push through a house purchase quickly? I have heard lots of stories of people having difficulty with their own solicitor regarding communication or trying to get things moving and I want to avoid that as much as possible. Thanks in advance.

Just as an aside, do you have to have a solicitor in the same county as you are in or can everything be done via email and phone now?
