Find someone willing to swap for a few months?

Yeah, if anyone was up for it. Though that being said it is essentially circumventing the concerns rule, so i'd be up for buying an 87 or so.

Newbie question but what happens to a player that reaches level 5 concern?

Also is there much of a down time between this season finishing and season 5 starting?

About 2 weeks to play friendlies and try without joy to buy players for cash :)

Guys, with 4 games of the regular season left, I thought it was time to start thinking about your choices for Managers of the year...
    • one pole per division
    • it will be a public vote
    • Please Post the team you manage when you have voted so me, the mods or PBJ can weed out the dud votes
    • Each manager can vote on the MOTY in each division, not just their own division

    Polls Close on 02/11/2014

    Division1 Poll

    Division2 Poll

    Division3 Poll

    Division4 Poll

Mac, any chance of a mention on the SM league?

Wrong time of the season to start shipping 3 goals in a game ...

Sir Bobby Robson was unable to prevent a FC Porto defeat to Everton.
FC Porto slumped to a 3 - 0 defeat to Everton in their Division 1 fixture.

    YESSSS!!!!!
KERSPLAT! ! steered Bayern München to victory against Paris Saint-Germain.
Bayern München beat Paris Saint-Germain 2 - 0 in their Division 1 fixture.
Schweinsteiger scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Icardi was also on the scoresheet for his side.

Really needed that, unlucky PSG, looked close enough

Flamengo lose again 3-2,4 loss's in the last 5 games... :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 315 ✭✭jukebox2310

FFS. Twente lost to team placed 19th in the league to have lead at top cut to 5 points with 4 games remaining. In last 2 weeks have lost to teams placed 18th and 19th and beat 2nd place team 4-0.
    WTF is that all about.
Lazio losing again takes some pressure off but this is not good

Add a loss to the 17th placed team now.
All top 3 teams lose tonight again. What is the deal?
The form of the top 3 is probably worse than that of the bottom 3 at the moment.
I believe that Shanghai have now demoted Lazio to 4th.

Another loss sigghhh, This is turning into a bit of a disaster run and with Athletico losing I really could've done with capitalising on it.

SS Lazio slumped to a 1 - 0 defeat to Udinese Calcio in their Division 3 fixture.

Terrible time to have a poor run of form, drastic action to be taken me thinks.....

Eh i dunno was unable to prevent a Aston Villa defeat to Manchester City.
Aston Villa slumped to a 2 - 0 defeat to Manchester City in their Division 1 fixture.

Still happy enough in mid table with what is probably the worse squad in division 1

Division 2 is calling, would be a miracle from this point, even if Liverpool where to be on the same points goal difference vastly different.

Not that it matters as safety was all but confirmed a couple of weeks ago anyway, but we're officially safe now.
Willow Murphy steered Estudiantes de LP to victory against Wolfsburg.
Estudiantes de LP beat Wolfsburg 3 - 1 in their Division 3 fixture.
Costil had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match.
Traoré and Hoilett were amongst the goalscorers.

Also, I decided to drop Nolan Roux and elevate Alain Traore to that lone striker role, and he only goes and bangs in two goals.

If he does well there in the last two games it could mean that Roux's future at the club could be shrouded in uncertainty come the close season.

On another note, Junior Hoilett scored too!! :D:D:)

Matthew Scorr steered US Palermo to victory against Athletic Club.
US Palermo beat Athletic Club 2 - 1 in their Division 2 fixture.
Ribéry scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Iturraspe was also on the scoresheet for his side.

    Very big win!!
With Ajax losing i'm now joint on pts with them for a playoff spot. Next week might be a play off decider with me playing 8th placed Sunderland and Ajax playing 4th placed Bayer Leverkusen.

José Mourinho steered FC Schalke 04 to victory against Olympiacos.
FC Schalke 04 outclassed Olympiacos and beat them 3 - 0 in their Division 2 fixture.
Immobile scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Clemens and Kirchhoff were also amongst the goalscorers.

Huge win tonight in the battle against relegation!

Irish Goldberg steered Internazionale to victory against Sevilla.
Internazionale beat Sevilla 3 - 0 in their Division 2 fixture.
Faizulin scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Cissé was also on the scoresheet twice for his side.

Best 9m I'v spent in this game is on him - 18 goals and 10 assists this season, imagine how many he would score in a successful team???

Comic Book Guy was unable to prevent a Hanover defeat to Palmeiras.
Hanover slumped to a 1 - 0 defeat against Palmeiras in their Division 3 fixture.

Poor performance after a nice mini run, lucky it was only the one goal.....

Bit of a balls drawing 0-0 with the bottom team, Portsmouth.
First game i haven't scored in since July 13.

Still pulled away a bit from Newcastle though, who were beaten, so happy enough..

Now, to select a team for Chelsea tonight in the CL!

Darijo srna - 91 rated - right back - cruzeiro

Highest bid by 10 pm tomorrow night gets him,
only 6 right backs with a higher rating so would do a job for many clubs
