Just doing some research on power meters. I haven't a clue of brands or types. Looking for info on ant compatible devices. It will be for a single bike use only.

Have been looking at getting the Garmin Vector 3 dual sided pedals and have a question someone might be able to help with. I have an Edge 500 which isn't on the list of devices that are compatible on the Garmin website and when I contacted Garmin they pointed me to this list. However the pedals are Ant+ compatible so surely they will work with the 500. Is it just a case of the edge not being able to display L/R balance etc and if so when I upload my rides to computer will L/R balance not be available due to the ride being recorded on an Edge 500? Any help would be greatly appreciated
