who has always advised on or provided my training plans. We've tweaked things slightly midweek to increase the mileage a bit but as the plan was stepping up mileage and / or intensity anyway his main thoughts were more towards getting my motivation back and the possibility of me wussing out on the day chasing a sub 4 (he was politer than that but I got what he was getting at) and that perhaps more for testing resolve and gaining confidence that some extra miles would help. Told him my motivation was back already
