Did anybody watch Ric Flair on Austins podcast? Haven't seen it myself and was looking to see if it was worth the watch?

Guys sorry just 1 region change question.

I still have my American network sub from when we couldnt get it here. With it looking like netflix cutting down on region work arounds, Ill probably cancel my region change thing.

Will I still be able to sign into the network with my American sub but with no region changer?

I was in the same boat. Created new irish account after letting US one lapse. More expensive but actually handier, i can now watch it on the go instead of needing to be near wifi etc.

I gotta say that New Japan's recent G1 Climax tournaments the past few years take the award for greatest back-to-back PPV shows but in terms of North America and WWE specifically, yeah Royal Rumble, No Way Out and WrestleMania 2001 would probably win that honour.

Monthly PPVs only became the norm in the mid-90s which leaves you with what? WCW, ECW, WWF and I guess TNA?

Vengeance 2002 (Kurt Angle v Taker v The Rock) and SummerSlam 2002 (The Rock v Brock) were pretty great. Can't remember that year's Unforgiving too well but SummerSlam 2002 is easily top 5 greatest WWF PPV.
I was completely stunned when Brock Lesnar beat The Rock. I couldn't sleep afterwards.

How ? Brock was a horse of a young fella. He was ripping through the roster. He bloodied hogan and beat him up. I didn't suprise me at the time.

Me either, plus the rock was on the ascendancy in Hollywood so I presumed he would be dropping the belt.

emailed LG customer service about my issues regarding the network and tried what they suggested and ditto didnt work.

they said go to settings and reinstall all apps and they said it will fix all app issues.:mad::mad:

WWE themselves are saying they are rolling out LG apps bit by bit. If it's in your LG app store it doesn't mean it'll work. I'm in the same boat. It's a farce.

All the rock heading to Hollywood did was delayed the innevetable. Brock was going to win the title eventually.

[Devil's Advocate ] Lesnar in 2002 was the first time in several years that WWF launched someone into the main event title scene after only debuting 4-5 months previous. Early 2002 main event scene was muddled and a bit directionless - Jericho as a dud champion, Austin kinda hanging around with no momentum, Rock coming and going, Triple H's comeback being less than stellar, a decent (albeit short) Undertaker run, Hogan getting the belt for a month.

The feud should have been Jericho vs Triple H in a role reversal of a few years earlier. Instead it was Triple H vs Stephanie McMahon with Jericho walking her dog. It's pretty harsh to call Jericho a dud champion with that kind of booking.

That summer I had begun to fall out of the product a little bit, and so didn't see most of Brock Lesnar's rise. I just assumed he was a guy for The Rock to beat really.

It's kinda funny how little has changed with regards to Steph since the HHH/Jericho feud.

Only time I can think of where she got her comeuppance was Vickie dumping her into the mud when she was leaving.

JBLs interview with Road Dogg is alright.

JBL does bring up TNA and the VKM which I was surprised about.

Got an email off WWE there.

There's a new 24 debuting after the Royal Rumble. Behind the scenes of last year's Wrestlemania (was it Wrestlemania Play Button?)

I was watching 2001 episode of RAW and Paul Heyman said "the lunatic fringe of Kurt Angle". :pac:

    RAW - Aug 27 2001(29:27)

The debut of The Hurricane took place on this episode as well.

Yeah it was interesting. Road Dogg made clear they aren't changing storylines because of what they read on Social Media. It sounded like he wanted to go further but didn't want to insult the fans so left it at that.

We did. The last one followed WM30 when this one follows WM31. I'm looking forward to it.
