thats only 2 weeks ago on a drink that has a shelf life of 12 months, so more than drinkable.

It's probably my favourite beer at the moment, I tried when I started drinking Erdinger, and I personally think its nicer.

Wheat beer in general is delice!

Still not sure how to pronounce the name tho :pac:

Was in the Porterhouse awhile back and the barman hadn't a clue what I meant, ended up having to point it out for him! Maybe its just not as popular as it seems to be with the boardsies!

How do people find this compares to the likes of Erdinger, Schofferhofer and Maisel Weiss? Hopefully it's not like Paulaner as I hate the after taste on that. Going to pick some up today anyway

I'd probably prefer it over the 3 you mentioned. Definitely not as carbonated as Paulaner. It's a bit fruity and quite smooth. I find them very filling though.

Perlenbacher caught my eye today. It and a beer I drank in Pisa called Birra Moretti.
No franziskanner in Cavan but I got 4 Leffe for €5.49. Lovely stuff. All gone already though.
