    I see it used in alot of recipes for "healthier" desserts but have never seen it in shops.Anyone know where to get it?

    Agree with seosamh, it's shockingly easy to make.

    Although it's going to taste very tart without some kind of sweetener. Xylitol would probably work instead of sugar.
