    If you keep your ear to the ground, you can meet your future employer before you have the degree finished. Can't keep them out of colleges these days.
    exactly, so many more avenues these days. get yourself to local meetups as a student and you'll be sorted. much better approach than getting a reference stating that dublin isn't better than london or california.

    Apologies, I didn't mean to put that in the reference. The point might be better made if you replace the but with a semi colon.
