Hardware Versand sent me a faulty pc

    Are those the drivers you installed for it?? Device manager can get confused if you installed the wrong drivers.

    DO what I said in regards to completely removing the graphics drivers . once you use Driver cleaner Pro and reboot check device manager again.

    Take some pictures of the insides of your PC and post them up.

    Hit the windows button and R on the keyboard at the same time . Type in DXDIAG , go to display , whats it coming up as there?

    What was the model of old card and what is the model of new one in it.

    And yes using old drivers for a totally different card will cause problems. You go online and download latest drivers from AMD for your card and your Windows ie windows seven or eight and 64 bit.
    I got a letter with the pc when it came back from hardware versand saying that the problem was the graphical adapter and they ahd resolved it and they enclosed an ATI devil installation guide no CD or anything else.I had a look inside new graphics card didnt ask for as the old one was grand.
    The whole thing may be a slight over reaction from myself stressed out by this bloody thing!

    Right so I unistalled the driver reinstalled it got the same one for the Radeon R9 200 yet I downloaded one for the ATI Devil 270X..Would the problem be resolved b ecause I downloaded the new drivers even though they are the same?
