Irish newspapers, both broadsheet and tabloid that big time 'talk up' any sliver of positive development no matter how trivial and insignificant.

Why the tubridy show? that has nothing to do with it. Louis walsh+his lust for fame and money =manufactured boybands.

Tubridy promotes Louis Walsh's projects on average every second Friday night!

Louis Walsh is a great manager and promoter for sure and you have to admire him for his success on one hand but I am not a fan of boybands (but he has successfully and consistently sold them to audiences and have to admire that).

I hate both the overly positive and negative stuff in the papers. At the moment, it is all 'positive' talk but a few years ago it was all 'negative'. What about reporting the real world which is a mix and far more complex.

When papers are on a negative kick, that's all they do. And then they are on a positive kick and that's all they do!

I dislike sports so much that I just thanked every post which also mentions a hatred of sports. It's the only way I can express my deep and all-consuming indifference toward any kind of sports team. It's like I don't care so much that my lack of caring has morphed into active hatred because I just don't get why people care. If I was a dictator, people why cry at sporting events would be the first people I'd have turned into glue.

How else do you buy them?

It's also about how you cook them, you absolutely HAVE to cooked baked beans in a saucepan and a for while until they get all creamy. I have converted manys a person to this method

Sports. To me it's like soaps and x-factor. Don't understand why it's so prominent in the media.

Halle Berry, I just don't see it

I don't mind her but she is certainly one of the most lucky stars to rise above shakey beginnings: her debut performances included being the main love interest in perhaps the worst Bond movie (Die another day) that in the pre-Casino Royale era even made the franchise doubtful if it would continue; also, Catwoman. A Die another day spinoff called Jinx was also rumoured but can't say if it was ever made. Have to check, but prob. not. Anyways, HB rose above these and she is one of few to succeed from poor film beginnings to becoming more respected later.
