Permission letters for new gun license

    Posting this for a friend of mine who is putting in a license for a new gun this week. He is in 2 gun clubs (game) and wants the rifle for vermin control. Does he need to go get letters from 2 land owners or will receipts/membership cards/ letters from the chairman of the club saying he's a member do?
