62% of orders cancelled apparently. I don't know if that means they cancelled themselves, or DX did it or both. Either way it gives us a much higher chance of getting them.

On another forum, not sure where exactly, will try and dig it up, think it was HERE. It was a post by one of the Reps.

Aarrrghh.. Can't find it. And now i'm going over it in my head I'm wondering did i read it correctly. I'm almost sure i did.They said that many orders were cancelled and it was 62.xx%.

That forum is also where i read about the new Warehouse and that it may be in Switzerland, as they have a free trade deal with China, which comes into effect in 2014. Which means no duty.

But i'm wondering would that mean, we would pay no duty for items coming from Switzerland?

Very hard to say without seeing the list of games for it. They don't give too much information about it, not even a make and model. It looks like the only games that can be played on it are those that come with it (whatever they are!).

So, going by DX, the reason there orders haven't yet been fulfilled is because they haven't got the stock rather than it being a misprice?

In that case, isn't it just a case of sitting tight for a while (possibly weeks) and we'll all eventually get it? I mean this is a new device that is pretty popular and nowhere near at the end of it's production lifecycle. JXD will make more, and DX will (eventually) be able to get plenty more! There is every chance that DX will cancel all orders before they eventually restock it though, maybe they're just hoping people will cancel it of their own accord 1st.

Yeah. I dont feel too bad about waiting though as my payment came from my paypal balance that I can't easily get out of paypal (long story). So the money sitting in my paypal account versus sitting in Dxs account doesnt make much of a difference to me.

We will need to open disputes with paypal before the 45 days(or whatever the limit is) is up f we still havent recieved any word.

To be honest though, I used dx a lot in the past. Personally I believe they are reasonably reputable. I think we will eihter get a tablet or get our refunds without any hassle/

Anyone can cancel and get a full refund if they want, it says quite clearly in the emails!

It's probably going to be fine, but it's my first time dealing with them, and I am gutted that they won't be here by Christmas, specially the games.

They are almost certainly hoping that everyone cancels IMO. If enough people cancel they MIGHT fulfill the remaining orders, but I wouldn't be surprised either if a blanket cancellation email follows soon.

I'm definitely going to sit on it for as long as possible and see what happens. If nothing else, I have confidence that dx will give me my money back whenever the time comes
