No, I even checked my paypal.

But the comments on the hotdeals site are not encouraging, are they?

Seems the CUBE advertised is not the one they are actually selling, and they also say they are out of stock, etc. Sounds fishy.

I checked my paypal---orders say complete, but--no money is on my actual card yet, so don't know if they actually took payment, despite what the transaction on Paypal shows.

I am not hopeful at all now, and so many others are getting refunds/cancellations.

Apparently good. All orders after 18:00 on 11/19/13 (West Coast Time) will be cancelled because they were already "out of stock".

Check the time your order went through. They are (apparently) hoping for more stock from VR, but only enough to fulfill x amount extra. So it looks like many will go through.

But they are 'saying' the cut off time was officially 18:00PM.

The story they are giving (Believable to me) Is that these deals went Worldwide and were expected to be Country specific. Then when they saw how wide they had spread, and they weren't banking on the same people that had bought one, buying the other etc..

So, many orders will be fulfilled, and many won't. I guess that they can try and distribute them evenly, or first come first served.

Yep, me.:( Placed the order at 10:58pm tuesday, refund notice received at 8:01am wednesday.

It was the last of my three orders from DX on tuesday and the only refund so far, so fingers crossed on the others, but I'm feeling positive. The finger isn't even hovering over Joes phone number yet!:)
And in equal amounts - 'thank you OP'..... and 'FU Boards BA's' (I thought tuesdays deals would never end - it'd be easier on my CC if I took a hit out on Allyall, thats provided assassins take CC).

The 18:00 refers to West Coast Time. When you login, you can check what time you purchased it at.
They are sending out emails now, to tell people who haven't been refunded, that they are (also?) in a type of lottery.

Now VR have zero left in stock also (It seems they sent them all to DX, as they are €10 - €15 more). So more orders will be fulfilled then the mentioned 2%.

Ordered 3 of these. Ist order for two. 2nd order for one. Also ordered two tablets. Have received a refund for one tablet but heard nothing from them regarding the rest of my orders other than the emails confirming my orders.

They won't be here before Christmas, even if they do go through. Not a hope. At the best of times, DX can take 6 or 7 weeks, let alone something like this, and so close to Christmas.

Depends. They have modified their logistics model recently. If stock gets to HK quickly, you would normally have it 7-10 days after that. But it is how long to get to HK is the question. Could be weeks, unless it is in one of the new hubs for their direct model.

Add to that, the fact that they were (are) using their U.S. Warehouse to ship to Europe.
So, if you bought from DX, order was processed, shipped to U.S. (Only in some instances), and then shipped to Europe.
Sometimes they were (are) shipped directly, but still takes ages. Presumably they don't use the fastest outlet in HongKong.

But, apparently there was a European Warehouse to open this month. I haven't heard anything more on it, but i do remember reading about it a while back. Maybe it's open now. - In which case, everyone could get their stuff within 3 weeks. (Still a long wait, but better than panicking with paypal.)

Yep, they had a UK warehouse, but it closed down.

I think the new one is supposed to be in Central Europe.

My order is still processing too. Butttt I was on live chat, and while its not much to go on. It does get the hopes up a little. Mind you It says it takes 3- 7 days to refund credit card so I could still be in line for that.
