    can flash be used on the the tab 3 do you know? as in can it be used for games and say tv players (rte player etc) ?

    All you have to do is get the app online (google flash.apk and you will see what I mean), however in my opinion I dont really see any need for flash. There are apps for nearly everything you need flash for (RTE Player, Youtube, Netflix etc.). But it depends what you want to use flash for I suppose :) All your flash gaming there are apps on the play store! Just my opinion though, as I havent needed flash since I upgraded my Nexus!

    I've seen it on dabs.ie for €165.5 (inc del) & littlewoods for €164

    The one on dabs says op 4.2 jelly bean but littlewoods says 4.1 ? Do i need to take this into account?

    Yes 4.2 will be faster than 4.1

    4.1 was Jellybean aswell.
    With the nexus you can use any of them. Even the latest 4.4 is availalble for the nexus 7.

    That will be the older version of the Nexus, there is a new improved version out which is more expensive, running 4.3 and now the new update to 4.4 kitkat is also out for it.:D

    You can install Kitkat on the first gen Nexus 7 also =]
