It's not a commuting bike, it's a mountain bike. For shredding trails on and downhilling, one has to presume.

Can I ask a question that's only vaguely related to the picture above? Can you only have tan sidewalls on a black bike (I understand that you can do what you want, but from an aesthetic point of view, is that combination the most acceptable)

Looks good on some silver/chrome finishes too imo.

To be fair they do look nice in terms of finish in the Ineos colours

And the cassette and rear disc are not on the same centre....or else the whole bike is at an angle

that would only happen if the camera was placed facing square on to the rear axle; i've yet to see that as an angle someone would choose when photographing a bike to try to make it look good.
