Speaking of lost points on bench, looked at my 4 fit defenders this week and with arsenal, Everton and Chelsea all at home to weaker teams, decided to, you guessed it, bench the only one of my defence who got a CS. Love this game. As for you mr Erikson, don't let the door hit you on the way out....

Captain Suarez or Lukaku... Transfer in Mertesacker or Rangel... Can't seem to get any of these right! And Ramsey is ruining my life. I'll have to watch the Swansea game again to see how Michu avoided involvement in any of the 4 goals, seems impossible. Will end on 50 for the week, bit of a shocker.

Anyone know why Vidic and Zab didn't start? My plan was to bring in Aguero for Rooney this week but may have to delay this or take a points hit to sort out my defence.

Vidic was injured but Moyes says he should be fit for midweek.

Ended up on 70 which was a tad lucky as I changed my captaincy from Ozil to Giroud and forgot to confirm it.

Finishing up on 51 pts for the week. Could have been so much better had I got my captain right. Lukaku as captain didn't work out and Vidic, Zabaleta and Ericksen not playing didn't help either!

Will be on 52 after R. Morrison and Whittingham are subbed in. Not too happy but thats from 10 men. Underlines the importance of having three playing subs as I still have Chester gathering dust on my bench.

Horrified by the no shows of Zab, Vidic and Erikson.

On 47 points with only Riether to play. Played the wildcard during the international break so this is really disappointing.

To make matters worse my team before the wildcard would have gotten me 70 points.

anyone know when the subs take effect waitin for zabelletta to be subbed in for fonte for me its only one point but hey its one more than i wouldve had.( fonte is my swcond sub my first sub didnt play so will i get my point?)

51 with no one left to play but I have 2 subs coming in ......kolo toure with a big fat 0 and Fonte with 1 !
So 52 for the week which is either my 2nd or 3best week this season sadly

Rooney/Ozil combo worked out 8pts better than the RVP/Ramsey one so happy enough. Tough call over the season I'd guess, time will tell. WC worked out ok with 73 pts.

Scorpion Sting

Will finish on 44 points after Moses and Fonte come in, very disappointing. After a promising first 4 gameweeks I have started to plummet down the rankings since playing the wildcard. Another captain fail in the form of Lukaku. I can't seem to profit the most from my players who have field days as I didn't captain Lukaku when he ran riot against Newcastle and left Brady on the bench in gameweek 6. I suppose I just have to grin and bear it.

Fallen back to 311k. Assuming not many will have Palace or Fulham players so hopefully the 6 points coming off my bench tomorrow night will push me back up a bit. The last two weeks have been the ones where I've been most confident of getting a good score... and they've turned out to be the worst gameweeks of the season so far!

72 with Shaw's 2 to come in. I've risen from 670k to 370k.

The most encouraging thing for me though is that I'm starting to get decisions right again. I picked Aguero out two weeks ago and he's delivering. I had him but took him out for Suarez when he was missing. I'll have him back in after next week's game.

I also picked Oscar over Michu this week which worked out well.

Harvey Low Fat Milk

Well after persevering with Soldado I decided to transfer him out for Lukaku when he dropped to the bench last week. In addition I dropped Paulinho to my bench because I thought he'd be rested after playing a couple of long haul friendlies so that match didn't help my cause much.

Seems this year just won't go right, 60 points behind the leader in my paid league and 1m overall is hard to take but I still think I can claw it back but it's not been an enjoyable year so far!

I'm going to finish the week on 52, should have been so much better. Like a few others I had held out on Ramsey, now it has really bitten me in the ass, I actually brought him in last week but felt a bit dirty having held out for so long, when it appeared likely that Wenger would rest him on Saturday I swapped him out for Michu who I captained, I was at a family do on Saturday so had no television on, I was quite excited if not a little nervous to see on my phone that Swansea had scored 4, what a disaster:(
