Ectomorph looking to gain muscle need a meal plan

    Well, I am 6'2 and 65KG I am going to be starting back up in the gym on Thursday again for the first time in a good while, Any other time I went to try gain muscle I never gained anything because I could not get a right diet/meal plan going so I am just looking for some sort of plan, What should I eat and how often?

    If you never gained anything you probably weren't working hard enough, not eating enough (or the right things) or a combination of both

    [You could also have hormonal issues]

    As often as like like, it doesn't matter. Work out the calories you need daily (read the stickies) and add on 300-500 or so. Eat about 2 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight.
