Has to be a bent frame.

Set the spreader on the ground.

Check if the ground is level in all directions and then measure the distance to the top of the frame. Should all be the same size.

I'm surprised you didn't do more harm if you gave it a good thud!

Sorry thought you had an older vicon, disregard my earlier post. Are some of these slightly higher in the front? Or is the hopper the same height all round, can you check is the hopper in the same position as it was. Like is the front of the hopper at the front of the machine? Sorry can't explain it clearer.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

402 here and it is the same height all around - that looks like a 602 or 802.

No you can see the vicon stickers on the back so thats not it on reading again I see the problem happened before the bearing was done ,so all I can think of is that the frame is bent its like as if the hopper I tilted forward , as if the frame was reversed in to something

yes I saw the pics later, would really love to get a look at this ,

hi 20, I can see from the posts that you are getting very frustrated at this stage, and who wouldn't. So i'll add my idea to help troubleshoot.

by any chance when you sent the spreader to the garage to fit new bearings, would the frame have been bent out of its shape by the bearing press?
it might not be the hopper at all.

if this is the case, bring the lot to the garage and tell them to reassemble.
    hope this helps.
