    Wat do ye lads think?
They are available from most every dealer i've ever seen. Useful tool more so in a hunting/zeroing scenario.
Do any of you lads use shooting bags for zeroing, shooting in general or target work?
I have one, somewhere, but never filled or used it. For target shooting (the full hog) they are not steady enough. For hunting based comps, and zeroing they would be suitable. They provide a decent platform to shoot off and are not too unfriendly to move or carry like a front rest.

Have a check around though. For £18 + £1.50 for postage you are looking at €23. They are not much more if at all here. Granted it's been a few years since i bought mine, but they are not too expensive.

Never seen one of them before. Last night I brought a camo gym bag with me for rabbits and filled it. Way too much mixxy about.
Might invest in one if these. Looks handy to have.

Made my own using old sand bags cut down and the trouser legs of old combats. I use sand or pearl rice as fillings. The trick is to seal the filling in strong freezer bags but to leave just enough space to allow the filling to mould to the stock.

I seen a us sniper on YouTube. Nssf I think but he was using a sand sock. Basically a sock filled with sand. And is very easy to manipulate under the stock. I used it a couple of times zeroing good enough yoke.
