A Liverpool clean sheet with a Coutinho hat-trick and a goal by Toure would be nice to start, then I can watch Swansea vs Man U without hiding behind the sofa....It's like watching a horror movie with the tagline "The Postman Always Delivers" not having RvP!!

I haven't seen any mention of this before.

    Anyone know anything more?

First injury to my team and the deadline only closed 7 minutes ago. **** me.

    That's not good. :(

I had in on my bench anyway. I just preferred Turner to him today with Norwich being at home etc.

Shít Shít Shít Shít Shít Shít Shít Shít Shít Shít

Forgot to arrange the order of my subs.. Hopefully they don't come into play, but I fcukin put Lescott behind Ramage  Wouldn't mind but I was nearly starting Lescott only to take a bit of a risk on Coleman.. Urgh, the frustration starts!!

I really hope so, but I'd trust PhysioRoom. They don't seem like the guys to go around trying to wind people up.

The fact that I can't seem to find any other information about it is weird though. Seems so out of the blue.

Bollocks. I even named my team after Coleman.

Decent chance thats a fake tweet imo

LFC: Mignolet, Johnson, Enrique, Toure, Agger, Lucas, Henderson, Gerrard, Coutinho, Aspas, Sturridge

Sturridge looks to be playing right wing forward. Interesting if that keeps up Aspas may be a must-have!

Double edit: might also mean Henderson playing in the hole now that would be VERY interesting

re Coleman; They're saying he's had the scan already, so the injury happened Thursday, yesterday at the latest. Very surprising that we haven't heard of it before now imo. Can't see anything on the Everton website either.

I think the coleman thing is bull. Exact same as injury he had in 2011, down to the wording of how it was reported.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,416 ✭✭✭Jimmy Iovine

Right, I've dug around a bit more. The quote I put up there seems to be from an article that was written a few years ago:
Head physio Danny Donachie said: "Seamus has torn the lateral ligament in his right ankle. He will be visiting a specialist in London later this week for further assessment."

    http://www.dailypost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/everton-fcs-seamus-coleman-out-2687905

There's a chance that this might not be true.

Subbed Coleman in at 11:29, would prefer if this wasn't true!

    **** you Coleman!!

Was going to take him out and mignolet at the last minute and upgrade miralles to a 9.0-10m midfielder

Everton website says all 13 players involved in midweek internationals reported back unscathed. Still worrying tho

Now they've put out this tweet. Nightmare for them. Gotta question their credibility a bit now.

You know it's bad when on your day off work you're scanning the internet for old articles about a bloody seamus coleman injury. Addicted.
