Mustard is the daddy, it comes in so many different types. But what other condiment do you use the most?
Tomato Ketchup isn't exactly michelin star material, but it has it's uses.

For me, one thing that comes close to mustard is Worchstershire Sauce. Lea and Perrins

Picked up a jar the other week. It's a spicy banana ketchup. Nice sweet (but not ovepowering taste) and spicy taste - goes well over a burger or ham and cheese sandwich :D

I just threw up in my mouth a little.

    Honestly not surprised.
    Was there carrots?
There's always carrots, even when you haven't eaten any.

If you ever cook with plantains, you'll know what to expect. The flavour in this is quite subtle.

I also recommend Thai Banana soup

While it has to be Colman's mustard for Beef and Ham but its Tabasco sauce or Lee and Perrins that are next up.

Yeah, when I see this on the table in a restaurant I get happy in my pants.
Too bad it's not very common.

Forgot about that. Horseradish is to beef, as mustard is to ham.
    Savage stuff

Its not the best Horseradish sauce you'll ever buy but Lidl normally have jars of it cheap enough to spread it really thick :D

Chipotle tabasco sauce. Great on pizzas and not too spicy.

About to sit down to a Pizza in a few minutes so have the Nando's HOT Peri-Peri sauce out ready.

Pizza and mustard just doesn't work - tried it and it was a definite fail.

It has to be hot sauces. So many different types, lots of flavours, lots of applications, just like mustard. Maybe there should be a hot sauce forum?

I use a lot of Reggae Reggae Sauce or Heinz Sandwich Spread on burgers, sambos, roast beef and sliced ham (sometimes blended together)
