Will be putting planning in soon but have been advised to get a provisional BER done now as I'm a little concerned that our architect isn't suggesting enough insulation spec. All he's told us so far is 80mm PIR in walls but I don't think that will cut the mustard at present

Hi, looking for a builder to do some refurbishment work at my home in Dublin 5. It's not a huge job but would like it done ASAP by someone good and at a reasonable price.
