    Ireland's loss ...........................................eh

Wife, in remission, damn her ??

ffs, the story could be about a couple cycling a tandem. Only Liveline could get an hour out of this, the next working day after Pat Kenny has announced he's leaving RTE.

Forbidden subject. Have we ever had a caller get through to complain about RTE wages either? It's a constant topic in Irish society but we never seem to hear about it on Liveline, we hear about every other public servants wages and benefits but never RTE.

Why do people choose to go to another country and then start complaining about conditions there???

The lack of planning is ridiculous.. I swear some of them just see an episode of Worzel Gummidge In Australia, buy a cheap George Foreman in Woodies, and head for the airport..

Caller:"I talked to my local TD"

F&cks sake. Her local TD could be my local TD and I resent this wan wasting his time on at best an emigration issue.
