Have had Swallows nesting in the barn, they were a good size, heads poking out of the nest to be fed. Barn has a steel roof. Came back this afternoon to be greeted by three Jack R's with a Swallow in their mouths trophy style. How could you be annoyed with the dogs, that's their job. Never happened before, must be the heat under a steel roof. Still a sad sight to see. If it was rats or mice who cares.

Should I take down the Swallows nest an prevent them nesting there again , or let nature take care of things?
