As above after hearing such amazing things about this supplement I opted to give it a go. First time taking it i took 1 scoop half an hour before working out. Felt nothing. Yesterday tried it again but used 2 heaped scoops 30mins prior to working out, yet again felt nothing.

I am a little confused how a supplement can dramatically affect one person then have no affect on someone else.

I dont consume caffeine at all so I doubt I have a high tolerance for it.

Last week I tried a sample of grenade pre workout. I really felt a difference in my workout yet most people say its nowhere near as good as craze ?

Anyone else have any similar experiences ?

So who actually got anything beneficial off a pre workout? ............................... no one

dont use'em to be honest, i figure if ya need a pre workout then your workout motivation must be lacking!

I know lads who use them say on a Friday after a long week for a bit of a kick...but sure save the cash, get in and get it done...and buy i nice t-bone afterwards!!

Hqve tried a few pre workouts now and craze was one of the worst. Anyone who says preworkouts dont have any place are probably just too tight to buy em . They help you train harder for longer and if you workout in the morning if your not feeling up to hitting the gym take a scoop and in 20 mins your raring to go . Not saying anyone should or shouldnt use them but for me personally they are a usefull tool.

Caffeine and some fast carbs would probably be better for most e.g. coffee and banana

Craze was bananas last year. No doubt. It was so good there were calls to have it tested for amphetamine or similar.

It's been reworked or something as its nothing like it was.

So preworkouts are or arent a benifit ? Make up your mind. First you say noone ever got any benefit from a pre workout then you say you know caffeine improves performance .

It's cool to diss pre workout users like you are superior for not using them.

I like pre workouts both bought and home made.

Has to be made in the gym's carpark or it doesn't work.

When you work at sales in the supplement industry you get to know what type of person buys what, what works and what's just another repackaged fad.
And when I say "work" I mean deliver benefits that last longer than an hour.

Hears a line I heard a million times "been using it for a month can't seem to train without it" that says plenty for the type taking it.

Caffeine remains in your system for up to 5 hours and you have already rubbished your own first statement by saying its beneficial . Pre workouts are one of the few supplements that do work and if you make your living selling them going on boards saying noone ever got a benefit from them is probably a bad idea .

I can see from your posts that your another real smartarse. Get back in the shower and shave your balls with your bic razor tryin to make yourself look younger lmfao. Classic . You spend too much time on boards and divulge way too much info to be a smartarse . Baldy balls! Ha ha ha .

Hah, and to think I was siding with you and all!

Stop reading my post history. And I always recommend the bic single blades, tried it with a Mach 3 but it just leaves ones parts itchy. Also, am I smartarse or what, you've totally contradicted yourself and now I'm confused

My apologies . Sounded to me like you were calling me a child with the after school joke . I wish you and your balls well sir.

    hah this thread.
For Pre workouts I tend to grab an espresso on the way to the gym, I train after work/college so could use the pick up.

Try avoid preworkouts at all costs, they only cause unwanted side effects. Your better off getting a good nights sleep and drinking coffee if you need the energy :)
