    You mav have taken me up wrong . If you have the same macronutrient partitioning it will not matter if its mcdonalds or mamas stew . Macronutrient partitioning will absolutely have an effect.

    This part not so much - eating good quality foods that keep you feeling satisfied longer might help you stop snacking. So yes, its all down to calories but the type of food you eat does have an effect.

    Think you missed the years bit in the dates! 2006-2010! So over four years using 4 week blocks.

    I did apologies. My point is 200g of carbs coming from broccoli or ice cream will have no effect on weight loss or body comp. Satisfaction absolutely.
