Hi, can you give me your opinion on this? My daughter got a present of a packard bell notebook. Since the first day I've noticed that it was extremely slow. For example when I try to open any google it takes a good 30+sec to open the internet. Her sister has a Samsung notebook with the same processor and the speed is fine.…

Hi all, just to let you know that a member of the staff from Harry Norman got in touch with me today and he was really nice and helpful. It makes you thing how different is to deal with a good professional or someone that doesn't know how to talk to unhappy customers.
