What Piece of Music/Song Give You "Dem Feels"?

    At my school graduation a few years back a guy in my year played a piece of music on the piano and it really hit me. Such haunting beauty in it! :) I didn't get a chance to ask him what it was but couldn't trace it as it's not the easiest thing to google :(

    Long story short I'd forgotten all about it until it popped up on an episode of "A Question of Sport" I was half-watching. For the past hour I've been searching, frantically googling with no hope until I realised my ipod is clever and can tell me what it is by listening and I found it. Eureka :D

    This is it. 4 years of waiting is over. The music that gave me dem feels was Nuvole Bianchi by Ludovic Einaudi. Enjoy :)
