What Piece of Music/Song Give You "Dem Feels"?

At my school graduation a few years back a guy in my year played a piece of music on the piano and it really hit me. Such haunting beauty in it!

I didn't get a chance to ask him what it was but couldn't trace it as it's not the easiest thing to google

Long story short I'd forgotten all about it until it popped up on an episode of "A Question of Sport" I was half-watching. For the past hour I've been searching, frantically googling with no hope until I realised my ipod is clever and can tell me what it is by listening and I found it. Eureka

This is it. 4 years of waiting is over. The music that gave me dem feels was Nuvole Bianchi by Ludovic Einaudi. Enjoy

Einaudi is playing in the NCH on the 9th and 10th of November

Piles of his stuff have been used for tv campaigns, I pretty much have all his albums on loop every day in work. This is another one of his well-known ones. It's like it's made of little dem feels elves' magic dust.

We had Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence playing as the guests arrived for our wedding. I love that piece of music.
