    whatever you cook

    try this

    Take 1 whole head of garlic.

    trim off the root end and remove the paper outer skin.

    brush with olive oil and wrap in a generous amount of aluminum foil

    then throw it on the coals for 20mins

    when unwrapped the garlic can be used like butter on whatever meat you choose

    A whole leg of lamb, boned and butterflied, marinaded in garlic, rosemary and olive oil ... well that's what I'm having on Sunday anyway :D

    Lamb Chops - marinade with some lemon juice, fresh mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Don't forget the jacket potatoes.

    ah ma god I'm so hungry reading this thread. I'm going to do this but instead of lamb I have pork and instead of lemon and mint I have honey and mustard and instead of a bbq I have a grill. I have the jacket potatoes though.
