Get a few chicken breasts. Pierce them plenty of times with a fork/knife.

Put them in a good sized bowl and rub 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard into them.

Now cover with honey and put them back in the fridge for an hour or two.

    BBQ them.

Nothing better than that I tell you.

Potatoes, fish, corn, peppers, chicken, pig, lamb, cow ... basically anything that walks, except humans, that tends to be frowned upon

I've only ever cooked steak on mine. I think If I try to cook something else it will throw me a filthy look and smack the cover down on my hands.

slice the banana in the middle and part it slightly, throw in some mini marshmallows
Wrap it all up in tinfoil and throw it on the bbq, ten minutes later you've got a seriously nice dessert

    whatever you cook

    try this

Take 1 whole head of garlic.

trim off the root end and remove the paper outer skin.

brush with olive oil and wrap in a generous amount of aluminum foil

then throw it on the coals for 20mins

when unwrapped the garlic can be used like butter on whatever meat you choose

ah ma god I'm so hungry reading this thread. I'm going to do this but instead of lamb I have pork and instead of lemon and mint I have honey and mustard and instead of a bbq I have a grill. I have the jacket potatoes though.
