Get a few chicken breasts. Pierce them plenty of times with a fork/knife.

Put them in a good sized bowl and rub 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard into them.

Now cover with honey and put them back in the fridge for an hour or two.

    BBQ them.

Nothing better than that I tell you.

Potatoes, fish, corn, peppers, chicken, pig, lamb, cow ... basically anything that walks, except humans, that tends to be frowned upon

There's a place in Terenure that sells exotic game; ostrich, crocodile, bison, kangaroo, etc.

I've only ever cooked steak on mine. I think If I try to cook something else it will throw me a filthy look and smack the cover down on my hands.

slice the banana in the middle and part it slightly, throw in some mini marshmallows
Wrap it all up in tinfoil and throw it on the bbq, ten minutes later you've got a seriously nice dessert

Lamb Chops - marinade with some lemon juice, fresh mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Don't forget the jacket potatoes.
