    Anyone know how to say:

She invited me and about twenty or thirty other teenagers

    ??

Thug sí cuireadh dom agus do thart ar fiche nó tríocha gasúir eile

    It doesn't sound right :(

You could use 'Thug sí cuireadh domsa agus do thart ar fiche nó tríocha déagóirí eile'.

It's right except gasúir is the Donegal word for boys. You'd say déagóirí.

There's loads of them in my class.....they write their number on the top of the booklet and go home or something....
Why they even bother coming into school when that's the attitude they have...

They taught us well in the old days. :)

I always liked Irish, mainly because I really liked our Irish teacher who was quite mad. She only spoke Irish in class, which meant we were all lost for 1st year and part of 2nd year, but then it just clicked.

She showed us the rude bits in Tóraíocht. and told us Peig's dirty stories. Fantastic teacher.

i know, the only thing that got me caring was my parents, If it wasn't for them I'd get horrible results and not being able to reach my potential, I'm so thankful that I have parents who care.

Wow. I wish more teachers were like that, that's how you teacher a language! Treat it as if you're in the country, only speak it in the classroom. Again, good teachers decide the majority of your results. :) The good ol'days.
