DT10 STOCK

Unexpected happened the other night the stock of my dt10 cracked while shooting i barely have it a year .It probably can be repaired but the crack is in the weakest point chances are crack will come back im gutted .As the title says if anybody is selling or know someone or any advise appreciated thanks lads:(

Pat Sludds in Wexford does stock repair, and may have something to suit.

Out of curiosity is the gun brand new. If so it is covered under a warranty if it was product failure.

I know where there is DT10 Trap stock if that's any use to you?

Gun was bought second hand Cass was told by local gun dealer stocks are not covered weather there worth 100 or10000 he deal in premium guns rang pat he thinks it can be fixed would be happy to get season out of it probably buy a new stock at end year

I seen that add no12 I wonder could a trap stock be shaved down to a sporter seen it like my now broken stock lovely piece of wood

Think he is wrong there.

I'm not 100% on consumer laws, but there are laws protecting customers from inferior products that break, regardless of what the manufacturer offers in terms of warranty. Otherwise we would have no comeback if we bought stuff, and when we get home find it's damaged/broken.


However second hand items are different. Again not really up on consumer laws so could not give any definitive answer. Was just curious.
