    Yes, but I think that you need to post a comment on Steamgifts that you have the game already and you are OK with me doing a re-roll. I couldn't find the right version of COH on Steamgifts when I was listing it so that explains why it allowed you enter even though you owned it already.

    The giveaway creator will need to request a re-roll and provide a reason for the support team to do it. If you explain there's apparently a clash between versions which seems to have allowed someone to erroneously enter, they shouldn't object.

    No. They only check around once a week (it could be any day of the week) but if you have marked a game as received that is not in your steam account at the time they check you receive a 1 week ban from steamgifts, if it happens 3 times you will receive a permanent ban. It won't do much harm not marking it until you get back.

    I don't know how much they enforce the rule on activation. The likes of SGTools existing makes me think they're not overly zealous. If you're worried though, could you set your Steam profile to private until you get back? That way they can't check shit! :pac:
