Bah! Steam Gifts and their rules. Looks like I am going to miss all those lovely giveaways.

Account suspended for not activating 2 keys.
First one I got sent about 5 keys and one of them didn't work which was the game that was listed.
Second one, they didn't euro truck sim 2 listed in their games so it was listed under the first game.

If a key doesn't work you are supposed to mark it as not received rather than received, and if a game differs in any way from what the competition was for you mark it as not recieved. If you did that you wouldn't get suspeneded.

Steamgifts is automatically aware of every game available on Steam and the only reason a game wouldn't appear is if they were manually removed. If a game doesn't appear as an option it has been banned from SG giveaways. Listing one game to give away another because it doesn't appear is something you specifically aren't allowed to do and can result in bans from SG, it's simple really.

Ah, I know what you should do. I just hate marking a game as not received if I actually get something. Anyway here's what they said about getting the suspension removed.

You should have marked it as "not received" and reported the creator.
According to the rules, all wins must be activated on the winner's account.
By marking the game as "Received" you acknowledged that you indeed received and activated the game you won to your Steam account. When we see the "Received" mark among your wins, we assume you've received the game, and if we don't find it on your account, you get suspended for violating one of the basic site rules which I quoted below:

Won gifts should be activated to the Steam account used during registration, and they should not be regifted, traded, or sold.
Winners should correctly mark their gift as received or not received within one week of the giveaway closing.

Giveaways must always be for what was selected at the time of giveaway creation. The gifter may add additional things to give the winner, but must at least include everything indicated by the giveaway. If something happens that makes it impossible to fulfill the giveaway for some reason, the creator should contact us to get it straightened out rather than trying to 'work something out' privately and risk both their own account and that of the winner.
You did not redeem the game you won, you accepted a different one and this led to your suspension. You have three options now:

1. You leave everything as is and wait until your suspension runs its course.
2. You activate the game on your account and your suspension is removed. You could add the giveaway creator on Steam and ask him to provide a valid key/gift.
3. You could ask the creator to delete this giveaway. As soon as it will be deleted, I will removed your suspension.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
