Yep real weapons firing blanks :p

Theres a ban on recruiting as there was a major re-org of the DF as a whole and without going into it too much it meant that almost all positions were filled....

Ban is lifted in certain places where numbers are very low. So its no harm to pop in and ask now and again, new army year starts around this time anyway ;)

As for me in a year or a bit I better get my service medal :pac: I'm part of the furniture at this stage :p

And I think mr voodoomelon is also into airsoft (open to corrections) maybe ask him if there's any events on up his way (open to corrections) :)

    Evan eht nioj :pac:

****ers that do that kind of thing should be shot.

I am trying to find that out, in Toyotas wisdom they decided to make many parts for the JZX series model specific, so even thou the MARK 2 and Cresta are almost the same car with different chassis they dont share many parts. I wish I noticed the seat belt when I was at the docks as that is damage to my car and it changes the situation.

Sorry man I can't remember, was it a jzx100 you got?
I may be able to source a few bits if so, I'll give it a shot anyway.

I found the specifications and model numbers, so thats a start http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_J_199704_TOYOTA_CHASER_JZX100-BTPVZ_7104.html. I tried summerhill spares but they never had chasers. I remember a guy in Dublin had his white one stolen and crashed on him, it was a write off, I might try him and find out where the car went, probably crushed. I guess I could order from Japan and delay the NCT for as long as possible.

I makes me sick that people do that to cars it honostly does :mad:

I am launching an investigation, I got the guys at the docks to sign a form to say my car was not as expected and they listed what I said was missing, If I didnt get them to do that then I wouldnt have a leg to stand on. All parties involved will be trying to say its not their problem but I am demanding photos as to try and pin point when it happened and why my car was not locked when it happened.

I really hope you get to the bottom of it because from what I've seen it is a gorgeous car and deserves to be kept in the best condition possible. Is it on the road yet?

Dead horse at the side of the Galway Headford road on way home from work today, tied up on the side of what is one of the busiest roads in Galway by a fine section of society.

    Absolutely shocking poor poor animal.

here is the damage, 2 belts cut, one of the cut belts seems to be cut where the clip was so dont know if that is salvageable, the red in the third pic is what was left of the leather seat covers.

Also acquainted with our own ded zebra today, I'm certain I'll see more of you in the "other building" :pac:

Anyone else here like to wear themselves away over the internals of a GTV?

I looked at another this evening. Its not been driven properly in about 12 months. Brakes are worryingly soft. Discs seem fine, fluid is at the right level etc.

Only other thing is there was fluid around the top of the resevoir.
