    This is my work out
    10 reps of chest press 3 times
    10 reps of incline chest fly 3 times
    10 reps of pull over 3 times

    10 reps of shoulder press 3 times
    10 reps of upright row 3 times

    10 reps of bent over row 3 times
    50 leg squats
    10 reps of biceps curl 3 times

    5 single arm tricep extension 3 times(My triceps are really weak)

    50 times sit ups

    I lift currently 7.5kg on dumbell and I use two dumbells

    Anything wrong with my technique and I only see change in my arm muscle but not my belly it is still thin ??!!

    This is what I eat yesterday
    1 full omelette egg
    then I eat rice- bowl
    And then I eat oreos and then
    crips and I say that is basically it

    not follow, read. It isnt much information and quite easy to understand.

    eat right, eat a lot, sleep well, sleep a lot and lift lots and lots. and in a few years you may start to look like arnie.

    It aint going to happen in a few months that is for sure.

    and stop taking supplements, that stuff from argos is just caffine and some unproven plants.

    What you need is protein, you get this from eating chickens and cows.
    make sure they are dead first.

    I am a 15 Year old Kid.
    I weigh at 62Kg.
    but i want to gain weight as i am just 0.5-0.10kg below the slim line.
    The thing I do not get yeah, is that I eat so much when I go to peoples houses.
    But when I am at home I barely eat.
    And another thing for some reason started the Age of 11 I gave up eating chicken,lamb,cow.
    Because I just vomit straight after I eat it and do not like it as I get pictures in my head of a cow,chicken or lamb alive and I am eating it.
    It disgusts me but however how weird this might sound I do eat roasts,kebabs and pizza
    So is there any way of me getting weigh instead of eating chicken etc.(I know protein is essential and builds up muscle and that but what can I do ?)

    This is the problem I exactly have

    supplements are meant to supplement your diet, not replace it.

    I would always recommend eating right, then you don't need a supplement.

    If you dont eat meat thats fine, do you eat dairy? and Fish? Learn to love beans if you do not eat meat. Protein grows muscles, protein comes from meat, fish and dairy, nuts and beans.

    You will not go from 60kg to Arnie in 3 months.

    Not all fat is bad, your brother didn't get fat because he ate fat, he got fat because he ate too much. Too much of anything will make you fat if you don't get enough exercise.

    Then sign up to myftinesspal.com and log everything you eat to see how much calories you are consuming

    To lose weight you must eat less than you burn, to gain weight you must eat more than you burn. To gain muscle weight you want to eat lots of good protein, ideally from real food sources like meat, eggs, fish, nuts.

    You need to get more mature about your food.
    Kebab is lamb,
    Pizza is many things, but the meat on the pizza is chicken, cow, lamb, and pig.
    Roasts is still a way of cooking not a type of food. roast what? roast chicken sunday lunch? roast ham? roast beef? all meat.

    Now, dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with not eating meat, you decide that yourself.
    But dont say you dont eat lamb in one breath and you still eat kebab in the next breath cos its the same thing. You need to be more mature about how you look at food.

    When I was 11 I gave up meat, when I was 17 I started again, for exactly the same reason as you did.

    Start approaching food correctly and you will have no problems

    Anyways, what you need to do first is sort out your diet and macrocutrients. As the others have said read the Stickies on top of this forum.

    One of the more popular diet plans revolves around a 40 / 40 / 20 ratio of Carbs / Protein / Fat. In other words 40% of your calories will come from protein, 40% from carbs, and 20% from fat.

    Find out how much you weigh in pounds. This is how much protein you need every day. You need to weigh everything you eat and record it in a food journal or an App such as MyFitnessPal. At least do this in the beginning until you get used to how much you need to eat.

    Eat only whole foods. Cut out the crisps, chocolates, biscuits, sweets, etc.

    Go to the gym at least 3 days per week and follow a weight lifting program such as starting strength.

    After a couple of months you will notice some minor gains.

    First off stop referring to beef as cow. Beef is a food stuff, a cow is an animal. Lamb is a food stuff, sheep are animals. Chicken is a foodstuff, hens are animals.

    Dude, it will take almost a year to achieve that body, my male friends have been working at building muscle for over a year and they are quite big now but it wont happen in 3 months and you really need to discipline yourself, its tough. And anyway us women don't really dig that look, we love to cuddle, cuddling a bricks is not nice :)

    It's all in your head.

    I used to be a terrible eater, I lived on superquinn sausages and McDonald's plain cheesburgers. I wouldn't even put lettuce or sauce on my burger.

    Once I stopped growing I started getting fat. By the time I finished college I was nearly 4 stone overweight.

    I struggled to lose the weight for years, trying to work around my bizarre eating habits until I eventually just started eating other stuff, especially veg.

    I had to force myself to forget all the preconceptions I had about certain foods and just eat them, even though I didn't like them at first. Eventually you get to like stuff after enough tries. I've heard it takes about 15 meals to acquire a taste.

    My diet still isn't perfect but I'm constantly trying to improve it, I've kept the weight off for the last two years and can't see myself ever going back to that.

    Don't let your hang-ups about food hold you back. Just man up and eat.

    Do you think Arnie cares about the poor little chicken when he's tearing a chunk of leg meat off the bone?

    roast is the way its cooked. fry it, grill it, steam it, poach it or roast it it is still chicken.

    eat rocks for all I care. where are you getting 3000 calories from?
    to gain weight you just need more than 2299 calories, 2500 is enough, drink milk if you need to there's plenty of calories in milk.
