Since Skippy44 mentioned Dzeko in the captain thread I just can't get him out of my head. Do we know how Aguero's doing or could the D man start anyway? Don't have Coutinho and may feel pretty naked for 90 minutes if I don't bring him in but Lampard would have to go then and not sure he'd outscore Frankie by 4 points although he could easily do a Cazorla. It's going to be a long wait until 11:31 tomorrow when it's out of my hands.

It seems so obvious and safe though. And I'm concerned that there's going to be some surprise rested players tomorrow so I'm considering upgrading a bench player.

Guardian predicts RVP being benched.
Tevez could find himself on the bench too.

Adebayor and carroll are the best options for this week outside the obvious rvp, sturridge, city striker options.

Sturridge probably will play 90. woundnt be surprised to see coutinho play about 60 or so.

Id be very surprised if they both didnt start its not like liverpool have a load of attacking options.
I was thinking fergie might go all out with a young team in his final game to show what a legacy he is leaving behind. Then again surely scholes will play.
Tevez could definetly end up on the bench now that it seems aguero is fit. Im keeping him because if he starts he could easily rack up a big score.

I've just got this horrible feeling that if I switch one of Kone, RVP or Tevez to Sturridge then it'll backfire.

Not having Sturridge could be a differential in itself for this final week.

Liverpool do tend to dissappoint when the masses go all out on their players. Im thinking southampton at home ( I remember a fair few people going with suarez, gerrard and sterling) and villa at home. It will be a nervous 90 mins without sturridge though. Kone out which is what Im doing is probably the safest option as he has the lowest ownership 5%.

For me I'd say 80% chance he will start alongside RVP. I'm not sure if I could wholeheartedly tell you he's a dead cert though. Would be a great option like Dzeko if they did start but it will be squeaky bum time until the teams are announced.

That's definitely the safest move. I'm just not sure if the safe route is the best option this weekend.

Kone to Sturridge seems somewhat of a sideways move for me. They both have nice fixtures. It's just that Sturridge is coming off the back of a big points haul.

I'm very tempted to just do Nasri to Coutinho and upgrade Townsend to Routledge as a fall back for if any of my front 7 don't play.

Agree Kone to Sturridge is not that clearcut if you are not following the masses to be safe, i.e. Taking the fixture and player on their own merits.

Transferring in a player to sit on bench is surprising, but I applaud the way you are not following the herd and ending the season on your own terms!

That's a pretty strong team. You could do worse than bring somebody in to sit on the bench in case anything happens any of the players and you're left with a 0 instead of a 2.

If you don't swap out either Kone or Tevez to a wildcard option I'd bring in Maloney for Neville as you have the funds.

Did an 8 point hit just there haha, my first ever. De Gea, Fellaini and Lukaku out for Lloris, Coutinho and J. Hernandez. Hoping Sir Alex starts Chicharito, he has a good record against West Brom which bodes well for me at least. Didn't bother with Sturridge, so it's all or nothing now I suppose!

i think coutinho would be a good addition but not at the expense of lampard, i presume you're happy with your other 3 midfielders? (and can't afford a straight swap for townsend)

do you have sturridge already yeah?

maybe lukaku to carroll?? can you afford that without a hit?
