    Welcome Drink: Champagne cocktail

    Appetiser: finely chopped onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and coriander with mini poppadoms

    Starter: ricotta layered pancakes with a tomatoe sauce

    Main: Baked seabass, new potatoes, french beans and a light lemon sauce.

    Dessert: Creme Brulee

    Wines, beers, milk (for the real men at dinnertime).

    Dress Code: As you are

    Entertainment: spoons

    Tower of Buffalo mozzarela, basil, beef tomato and advocado served with mini rustic garlic toasts.

    Main:
    Fillet of beef pan seared, baked lobster tail drizzled with chilli, garlic and ginger dressing. Served with duchesse potatoes, steamed green beans and asparagus tips.

    Dessert:
    Mini dessert platter per person =
    Mini Grand Marnier Creme brulee
    Mini Dark Chocolate Volcano
    Mini Eton Mess

    Dress code, whatever you want(hate forcing people to dress up if they really don't want to)

    Drinks
    Cava and Bellinis on arrival
    Pinot Grigio with starter
    Cabernet Sauvignon with main
    And as much ale as you want after:D

    served with leek mash and a mustard sauce

    Main: Pasta bake with shìte loads of cheese, chicken, chickpeas, red onions, kidney beans, in a thick tomato & garlic sauce.

    Desert: Nothing.................there was banoffee pie but that's for me to eat, nobody else..................you can have a donut or a pack of Tayto Waffles, though.

    You then have 2 minutes to vacate my property before I release the rats.

    Nice menu but what exactly is cream of stilton soup? Surely you can't make a soup out of cheese? Wouldn't there need to be some veggies in there, like broccoli, leek etc?

    Leeks are a good combo, broccoli sounds good but no just stilton is grand.
    Just have to be careful it doesn't get too thick and resemble a cheese sauce... uck.

    Starter: Seared Scallops or Filo pastry covered King Prawns with chilli and lime dip.

    Main Course: Veal chop or Fillet steak cooked to order. (But if you want it well done you can get the fcuk out of my house, I refuse to ruin good meat) Served with roast potatoes, roast parsnips and carrots.

    Dessert: Baileys Creme brulee or chocolate semifreddo.

    Drinks: Bring your own wine and what have you, we only drink whiskey in this house.

    Entertainment: A 5 foot 1 me kicking someone out of the house for wanting well done steak, there might even be guards present..... depends on how much whiskey I drink :p

    Main : Stuffed mushrooms with a white wine and mushroom cream sauce, creamy potato gratin, and spiced red cabbage
