I've been struggling with food aswell partially don't want hot food and been super busy, all I want is crap but still eating healthy just had some chicken skewers and cous cous followed by whey hey ice cream .


Oh and I don't ever want this heat to go away I just can't get enough all it's doing is making me wish I lived somewhere this warm all the time.

Have to agree with Marty on this one. I'm fcuking loving this heatwave. I wish it'd never end. All I want to do is sit out in the sun, go to the beach and sit in a beer garden. Words can't describe how much I'm loving the sun.

Strangely I never burn in Ireland slap me in Spain hello sun stroke .

While I do love the heat is wreaking havoc on my exercising and drinking the last few weekends have been big boozefests it's to damn hard to go buy a busy beer garden when it's like this.

I don't think I've gone out myself while the weather has been this hot, planning on heading out on Saturday if I can get my friends to go out. I could do with a drink really.

Think I'll be having a few drinks myself tomorrow. Have to stay clear headed, though, work Saturday morning and my gran's birthday party straight after, so I'll probably be home and all by midnight. I hate being so boring. :pac:

Every weekend I plan taking it easy but something pops up this week meant to be heading to a white collar boxing night on Saturday then on Sunday looks like im heading to that longitude Festival.

Yeh but this time its different was really hoping to stay in for a few weeks, got my before and after pics last week back has toned up a good bit but chest, arm and belly only a small bit mainly due to drinking on the weekends , so was hoping to take a break for a few weeks, I will once the sun dies.

Still getting stronger every week though.

I remember one of my friends bought me a Fat Frog in a night club (one that's the mix of smirnoff, wkd and bacardi breezer) even though I didn't want it, and told him several times I didn't want it. He then dropped his own one two minutes later, so I gave him mine that hadn't been touched :pac:

I don't like those drinks really, too sweet.
