    You're only a one star associate, you get 'made' when you get your third star at 500 posts. Now you're a friend of ours and can be considered for mod (capo) or admin (underboss, consigliere) and work directly with the big bosses.

    The ones with more than 10,000 posts get a Boardsies ring. This is easily identified as it is encrusted with piles from sitting at a computer that long. Doctors can always spot them.
