I have Bachelor of Arts Degree, and a Masters Degree in IT. Few years experience in admin in private and public sector. I sent in my CV in Mid April. Got the initial acknowledgement email about a week later. Then went all quiet. Had to follow up with them to get the phone interview. Got the call at the arranged time on Thursday, lasted just about 6-7 minutes. Very nice lady. Said i would hear back next week. I expect it will be a series of situational judgment type questions i.e. What would you do if a customer did such and such etc. Best of luck to all.

I applied for Dublin. Was strangely nervous when she rang, must have seemed like a heavy breather. I just gave a few lines on the company background and for the other answers. It's hard to know how much you should say. When she asked why I should get the job I just tried to relate to my previous experience and why it might be beneficial to SGS. Didnt realise they were such a big company globally.

I had a telephone interview last Friday with the same questions everyone else had noted ..told it was to start in September, some unsociable hours evening and weekends .......I thought it went well but have not heard anything back yet

I had thought I had applied for a part-time role - but was asked in my telephone interview if I would be interested in the full-time role - I replied that my preference was for the part-time - that might have counted against me?
